During the last weeks of school Mrs. Imhoff’s class from Granville Intermediate visited our Robotics and Automated Manufacturing lab to receive a remote-control project designed by RAM students Nathan Sarnes and Noah Fry. The RAM students also led various activity stations for the Granville students to learn specific functions of the lab. These stations included soldering, milling, 3D printing, and robotics.
Cool story alert.
Digital Design and Interactive Media rising senior Regan Ortiz is the illustrator for a children’s book, "Eli the Octopus". Regan’s English teacher, Rachel Brandenburg, asked her to illustrate the book she had written. Regan used the Procreate digital platform to create the illustrations in the summer of 2022.
Putting her skills, creativity, and interests to awesome use. Well done, Regan!
