C-TEC is proud to announce the selection of Michelle M. Snow as its new Superintendent, effective February 1st. With over a decade of experience in career technical education leadership, Snow brings a wealth of expertise and a dynamic vision for the future of C-TEC.
Snow has been a driving force at C-TEC, most recently serving as the Executive Director. Under her leadership, student enrollment grew by 57%, and she played a pivotal role in optimizing a $7.7 million dollar budget, ensuring financial sustainability while enhancing student services. She also spearheaded initiatives in safety preparedness, program development, and industry partnerships, further positioning C-TEC as a leader in career technical education.
Prior to her role as Executive Director, Snow served as the Director of C-TEC’s Secondary Center for eight years, where she maintained a graduation rate of 97% and significantly increased work-based learning participation. She has successfully developed new career pathways, facilitated collaborations with post-secondary institutions, and enhanced student support services, including mental health initiatives and safety protocols.
A dedicated educator and leader, Snow holds a Master of Education in School Leadership from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Muskingum College. She also possesses a 5-year Professional Superintendent License and is a credentialed evaluator under Ohio’s Teacher and Principal Evaluation Systems.
As Superintendent, Snow aims to further C-TEC’s mission of preparing students for high-demand careers through innovative programs, industry-aligned training, and community partnerships. “I am honored to lead C-TEC at such a pivotal time,” said Snow. “I look forward to working with our exceptional staff, students, and community partners to continue building pathways to success.”
