Prepare for a thriving career in the high-demand field of machining. Our program equips students with essential manufacturing skills, including blueprint reading, geometric dimensioning & tolerancing, and the use of measurement tools. Students will gain proficiency in both basic and advanced manual machining, CNC operation, and basic G&M code programming.

The curriculum also covers CAD/CAM Fusion360 for computer-aided drawing and manufacturing, 3D modeling, and blueprint drawing. Additionally, students will learn about lean manufacturing concepts and cutting speeds & feeds. Training is delivered in our cutting-edge machining lab, combining hands-on experience with theoretical instruction. Eighty percent of the training is hands-on, ensuring students gain practical, real-world skills.

We don't just train for machining trade skills alone; we also help students become workplace-ready by teaching essential work ethics. Manufacturing in Central Ohio is thriving, and so is the demand for skilled machinists.

Upon completion, students will earn the OSHA10 certification and the Haas CNC Operator certification. There are also opportunities to gain additional industry-recognized credentials, enhancing employability and career advancement prospects.

The Precision Machining  Program consists of 600 hours and  total cost is $7,300.18
