Adult Education Center Students:

I hope this communication finds you and your families well. This is a unique and ever-changing situation for all of us. I appreciate your ongoing patience and flexibility.

Per Governor DeWine’s order, Adult Education students will continue with remote learning through May 1, 2020 with an expected return date of May 4, 2020. Due to each program’s circumstance, students will be contacted by their instructor who will provide alternative learning expectations during this time.

We have received several questions regarding making tuition payments. At this point, we are closed to in-person payments; however, there are two options for you to make March and April payments:

  1. Mail a check* or money order (no cash) payable to C-TEC Adult Education and send to : C-TEC Adult Education Center 150 Price Road Newark, OH 43055

*If you are making a payment on behalf of a student, please put their name in the memo section of the check

  2. Call 740.364.2257 to make a credit card payment between the hours of M-F 9-11am and 1-3pm.

For students who receive financial aid or are funded through programs such as the VA, TAA, etc.: We are in communication with all funding agencies to ensure that we are following all requirements so that your funding remains current. Financial Aid payments will be processed per our usual system, and will be mailed to you for the month of April. For financial aid or funding questions, please contact Janet Fletcher at 740-364-2359 or jfletcher@c-tec.edu.

Sincerely,

Lauren Massie
