Step inside the Career and Technology Education Centers

Welcome to the world of career and technology education. Our Web site will allow you to explore the wide array of our programming. Thousands of high school students and adults have gained the skills and training they need at C -TEC. We offer both high school and adult education programs.

Many high school juniors and seniors have discovered their career paths and secured their futures through career and technology education. This journey can take many routes—at C-TEC, Central Ohio Technical College (COTC), on a job site or in their own high school settings (associate schools). Students can even earn college credits, while perfecting their skills and doing something they are passionate about.

Plus, a number of our programs allow students to become certified in their fields. How much more opportunity could there be? They can work toward professional certification, collect college credits, and earn money on the job site—all while in high school!

Today’s career and technology education is not the traditional “vocational” programming of the past. We are preparing students for secure futures in a world that is competitive and an economy that is risky.

And our Adult Education Center provides training on hundreds of courses, from computers to landscaping. We also offer on-site customized training for businesses.
