Office Technology Graduate
“ I got hurt in 1993 and had back surgery, so I needed to get a sedentary job. I enrolled in the C-TEC Office Technology program, focusing on medical office technology, and learned quickly in the class. I got the job at MedBen while I was still taking the class. I’ve been promoted three times at MedBen, and now I’m a manager. Whenever I need to hire an employee, I call (Office Technology instructor) Kathy Roderick. I know they have the knowledge and the skills in that program. I’ve just hired three C-TEC graduates, and the supervisor under me went to high school at C-TEC. I also encourage other staff here to hire from C-TEC.”
