We’ll help you create a new resume or update your current one and provide job search info including online issues. You’ll be charged only a low, flat fee.
 
Testing Center
WorkKeys: Weekly test sessions for pre-enrollment in C-TEC classes, obtaining NCRC certification, and pre-employment testing for many local employers.
 
National Career Readiness Certificate: Complete the WorkKeys Assessments and receive a platinum, gold, silver or bronze certificate and distinguish yourself to employers.
 
WorkKeys for Work: FREE brush-up class to prepare you for WorkKeys testing or to help you raise your test scores.
 
ACT: Authorized Testing Center for many professional certification and licensure tests such as automotive service (ASE), social worker, dietetics, nuclear medicine and COMPASS/ESL.
 
GED: Licking County GED Testing Center
Tests scheduled 2 or 3 times per month. Day and evening sessions.

GED Test
Length of test: up to 8 hours; 2 half days or one day.
Scheduled times: days and evenings available. Location: C-TEC Adult Education Center, 150 Price Road Cost: $40 (paid to State GED Office). Test Information: Call (740) 364-2333 or (740) 364-2267
To schedule the GED test
1. Complete and submit your application to the Ohio GED Office. Applications are available during GED classes, online at www.education.ohio.gov (then click on Testing, then GED, print copy or submit online), or we can mail an application to you.
2. Include fee and age waiver if applicable.
3. Call Ron Bruner, (740) 364-2267, three weeks after mailing. If application has been processed, we will set up a test date for you. If you applied online, check the GED Web site after two days for application status; then, schedule your test online.
4. YOUR APPLICATION MUST BE PROCESSED before scheduling a test date.
 
On the day of the test:
Bring picture I.D. (Ohio driver’s license, State of Ohio I.D., or U.S. passport). You cannot take the test without proper I.D. All pens, pencils and calculators will be provided.
 
YOU MUST BE REGISTERED before scheduling a test date.
 
GED
