Prerequisites: High School Diploma or G.E.D., WorkKeys pre-test $40 fee; negative two-step T.B. test within 30 days of the start of class (allow 14 days for the two-step T.B. process); basic healthcare provider CPR certification (copy of card required). Must submit documentation of BCI background check on first day of class. (Do not have it mailed to the school, allow 30 days.) 100% attendance required.
