

Prepare for positions such as administrative assistant, word processing specialist, office assistant, accounting assistant, customer service representative, etc. You will test for Office Proficiency and Assessment Certification (OPAC). Microsoft Office Specialist (Word) certification is also available.

You will spend three days a week in class and two days at an assigned job site. Prerequisites: high school or GED diploma; basic keyboarding skills; satisfactory scores on entrance exams.
